Commercial & Residential Roofing
SBS (Torch on) is a 2 ply roofing system. Intended for no to low traffic areas SBS was developed to provide longer life and more flexibility to traditional tar and gravel roofs. SBS membranes may be installed by heat welding, hot asphalt, cold-applied adhesive or mechanical attachment. Those types of roofs are easy to maintain.
EPDM - Longer life cycle, yet economical option.
Durability, design versatility and installation ease are among the many reasons ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) is the most popular material for both new and reroof low-slope roofing applications. With simple remediation and repairs EPDM can last much longer than its warranty period of up to 30 years, drastically decreasing your annualized capital cost. EPDM is installed using adhesives, fasteners or ballast eliminating the need to use hot asphalt or an open flame during installation.
